            Important COVID-19 Coronavirus Response Update

            The health and safety of all visitors to our campus is of utmost importance. At this time, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions has decided to postpone our admissions events. Please stay turned as we create new ways for students to connect with us.

            In order to provide our future anchors with ample time to enroll at RIC, we have extended the $200 enrollment deposit deadline from May 1st, 盛世彩票ss555 to June 1st, 盛世彩票ss555. Until further notice, we will continue to review qualified applications on a rolling basis.

            Special admission procedures are required of international students. For purposes of admission, an international student is defined as a student who is studying or wishes to study in the U.S. on a non-immigrant visa. This definition does not include permanent residents (who can supply a copy of both sides of the resident alien card) or refugees.             Rhode Island College盛世彩票登录 is an exclusive member of the Common Application. All students applying for undergraduate admission, including international students, must complete the Common Application and Rhode Island College盛世彩票登录 supplement.

            Required Materials

            • A completed Common Application and RIC Supplement. This includes the required 250-word college essay and $50 nonrefundable application fee. The Common Application may be completed online at . International students currently living or studying in the U.S. must also supply a 盛世彩票 country盛世彩票ss555 address on the application
            • Official copies of all academic records with a certified evaluation and English translation.
            • English Language Proficiency
              Scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS for students whose native language is not English is required. SAT scores may be required for students whose native language is English.

            Web-based: 79
            Computer-based: 213
            Supplemental paper/pencil: 550
            Minimum required IELTS score: 6.5

            Fall Admission
            Freshman & Transfer deadline- June 1
            Students seeking on campus housing should have all materials in prior to March 1. Housing is guaranteed for new freshmen who have been admitted and enrolled prior to May 1.

            Spring Admission

            Freshman & Transfer deadline- November 15
            On-campus housing may be available for the spring semester.

             

            Financial Guarantee Statement

            Declaration and Certification of Finances Form is required after acceptance and before an I-20 can be issued. Students must show funds available to cover the cost of one year's tuition, room and board, fees and books.

            Where to Have Educational Credentials Evaluated

            Rhode Island College盛世彩票登录 requires all students to have any coursework completed outside the U.S. translated and evaluated by an accredited agency. This includes members of and .
